Order status meanings
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | We've got your order, packing now (1–2 business days) |
| Completed | It's shipped — check your email for tracking |
| On hold | Payment didn't go through — check your card |
| Cancelled | Order was cancelled (you'll get an email) |
| Refunded | Refund issued — 5–10 business days to hit your card |
