30 days to return unopened items for a full refund. Damaged or wrong items: free replacement, no return needed. Opened blind boxes can't be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped wrong.
The window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
What can be returned
- ✅ Unopened, unused items in original packaging (bamboo steamer included)
- ✅ Damaged items — send us a photo, we'll send a replacement (no return needed)
- ✅ Wrong item shipped — same as above, free replacement
What can't be returned
- ❌ Opened blind boxes. Once you've seen which character you got, the surprise is part of the value.
- ❌ Items that have been squeezed, washed, or otherwise loved (we get it)
- ❌ Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- ❌ Final-sale or clearance items (will be marked at purchase)
How to start a return
- Email hello@heyjudee.com with your order number and reason
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return label
- Pack the item in its original box (bamboo steamer included if applicable)
- Drop off at any USPS (US) or Royal Mail (UK) location
- Refund hits your card within 5–10 business days of us receiving it

Exchanges
Want a different character or color? Easiest is to return for refund and place a new order. We can't hold inventory for exchanges (limited drops sell fast).
Pro tip: Photo your squishy as soon as it arrives. If anything looks off, we'd rather hear from you on day 1 than day 29.
Lost packages
If your order is marked "delivered" but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to track it down or ship a replacement.
