About the squishies
Are they actually slow-rise?
Yes. Press one flat — it takes about 4 seconds to bounce back to its original shape. We test every batch.
What are they made of?
Slow-rise polyurethane foam. BPA-free, non-toxic, dermatologist-tested. Hand-painted with water-based inks.
Are they safe for kids?
Designed for ages 6+. They're soft toys, not chew toys — please supervise small children. Not suitable for under 3 (small parts on some characters).
Will the face fade or wash off?
Not in normal handling. Don't soak them or put them in a washing machine. To clean: damp cloth, mild soap, air dry.
What's the bamboo steamer for?
It's the box! Real bamboo from a workshop in Shizuoka. Your squishy lives in it. You can also use it as desk décor, jewelry holder, or actual food steamer (please wash first).

How fast will it arrive?
US: 3–5 business days standard, 1–3 expedited. UK: 1–3 business days. Plus 1–2 days processing. Full shipping details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently: US and UK only. EU and Japan coming soon.
Can I track my order?
Yes — use our tracker or check the email we sent when it shipped.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If we haven't shipped it (usually within 1 hour), yes. Email hello@heyjudee.com ASAP.
Drops & blind boxes
How do limited drops work?
We announce a drop date a week in advance, on Instagram and the newsletter. At go-live, it's first-come, first-served. Most drops sell out in under 30 minutes.
What's inside a blind box?
One random character from the listed lineup, with weighted rarity (see odds). Six-packs guarantee at least one Ultra-tier or above.
Can I return a blind box?
Only if unopened. Once you've seen the character, the surprise is part of the value.
Returns & problems
What if mine arrives damaged?
Photo it within 24 hours, email hello@heyjudee.com — we'll send a free replacement, no return needed.
Can I return an opened item?
Only if defective. Full returns policy.

Yes — apply here. Minimum order $500.
Can I collaborate / send you a sample / be your influencer?
