What are HeyJudee squishies made from?
Our current squishies are made from TPR. Size, weight, shape, and other product-specific details are listed on each product page.
Are the squishies scented?
Our current squishies are scent-free.
What age are they suitable for?
HeyJudee squishies are recommended for ages 3 and up. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Do not bite, ingest, or place small parts in the mouth.
How should I clean and care for my squishy?
Wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to air dry. Keep it away from sharp objects and excessive heat.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled from our US warehouse. Orders for customers in the United Kingdom are fulfilled from our UK warehouse.
How much is shipping?
US Standard Shipping costs US$5.99 for orders below US$29 and is free for orders of US$29 or more. UK EVRi shipping costs £4 for orders below £35 and is free for orders of £35 or more. The shipping option and price shown at checkout apply to your order.
How long does delivery take?
US and UK Standard Shipping is estimated at 3–7 business days. UK orders are shipped with EVRi. Delivery estimates can be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or address issues. If an expedited option is available for your address, its price and estimated service level will be shown at checkout; a specific arrival date is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Email hello@heyjudee.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and kept in their original packaging. Please contact hello@heyjudee.com before sending anything back.
