How long it takes
Processing time
Every order is hand-packed by either Tina (US) or Lemon (UK). Processing usually takes 1–2 business days. During drop launches it can stretch to 3–5 business days — we'll email if your order is queued.

Customs & duties
If you're in the UK, your order ships from our UK warehouse — no customs or import VAT. Same for US orders shipping from California.
Future markets (EU, Japan, etc.) may have customs depending on the destination. We'll update this page when we expand. See customs FAQ.
Wrong address?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at hello@heyjudee.com — we may be able to update it before it ships. Once shipped, it's down to the carrier.
P.O. Boxes & APO
USPS delivers to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the US. Royal Mail does not deliver to P.O. Boxes in the UK.
