1. Agreement
By using heyjudee.com or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian place the order. Orders are accepted at our discretion — we may cancel orders that look suspicious (e.g. obvious resale arbitrage on limited drops).
3. Pricing & currency
All prices are in USD. UK customers pay in USD; your bank or card may apply a foreign currency fee. We display the final cart total before checkout — no hidden fees.
Prices may change at any time but won't change after you place an order.
4. Orders & payment
You'll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you don't, check spam, then email us. Payment is taken when you place the order, not when it ships.
5. Limited drops & blind boxes
- Limited drops are sold first-come, first-served. We don't take pre-orders or waitlists.
- Blind boxes (e.g. Glitter Drop) are randomized — you'll get one of the listed characters at the listed odds. See drop odds here.
- Once a blind box is opened, it can't be returned (see Returns Policy).
6. Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy for full details. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or you giving us the wrong address (please double-check before checkout!).

8. Intellectual property
All character designs, illustrations, photos, and the HeyJudee name/logo are owned by HeyJudee Studio. You can post photos of your own squishies on social media (please tag us!) but you can't reproduce, resell, or claim them as your own.
9. User content
If you post a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive license to share it on our site/social. We won't use it in ads without asking first.
10. Warranty & liability
Our products are made with care but are intended as toys/desk companions, not medical devices. We're not liable for indirect damages (e.g. you cried because Mochi Bao arrived a day late). Total liability is capped at the order value.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
For US customers: California law applies; disputes are resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
For UK/EU customers: English law applies; you may bring claims in your local consumer courts.
